Hey everyone!
I started realizing a trend that a few booktubers do where they announce their favorite stuff from the month. Yes, I know this is also popular with regular youtubers but I personally enjoy the categories the booktubers use. Without further discussion, here are my June favorites!
Favorite book I bought
This doesn't mean I have read the book and it was my favorite, but that it is the book I am most happy I got. That book is The Night We Said Yes by Lauren Gibadi! The Night We Said Yes is about a group of teens who one night decided to say yes to every idea that comes into their heads. During the night, two of the teens develop feelings for each other. A year later, the two try to rekindle their friendship by reliving the night they said yes.
Favorite Book I Read
I am currently on the plane to California right now so it's not the end of the month yet, but so far my favorite book I have read was We Were Liars by E. Lockhart! We Were Liars was an amazing read and I highly recommend it!
Favorite TV show
My favorite TV show of this month is Life Unexpected. Life Unexpected is about a foster child named Lux, who is in search for her birth parents in order to get emancipated. When Lux is declined the request of emancipation, she is put into the custody of her birth parents. I loved the characters in this TV series (with the exception of Kate). The show is funny and heartfelt. I recommend!
Favorite Movie
Definitely Inside Out. If you aren't aware, I greatly love Disney and Pixar so it already was going to get bonus points!but the movie was incredible to say the least.
Favorite book blog
My favorite book blogger of this month would have to be Emily Reads Everything, her posts are very interesting and informative!
Favorite blog post of mine
My favorite blog post of mine this month is my interview with Danielle Rose. She was extremely nice and great to work with! Her book is releasing on August 13th so definitely read it! That was my first author interview ever so please check it out!
Favorite experience of June
I count this as a June event since it was on the last day of May and it this Bookcon 2015! If you don't know, I absolutely loved Bookcon, the entire experience was a blast! I loved it so much that I am already saving up for next year’s event in Chicago.
